Considered one of the most important voices in European jazz in recent years, Swedish double bassist Lars Danielsson has made a significant impact on the genre. His warm, melodious music and his combination of Nordic sounds, not to mention his extraordinary compositional skills, give his jazz a broad range, incorporating classical and pop elements.

Martinique-born Grégory Privat, whom jazz experts unanimously consider a “rising star” and who recently released his first album with ACT, has already made a huge contribution to Danielsson’s work as a longstanding member of the Liberetto Quartet.
